The TPSA Welcome Reception brings together our traditional Cork Pull wine tasting with a new Brand Showcase, creating even more opportunities for wine and spirits brands to be part of the event. Participating brands can choose to reserve a wine table or secure a spot at the Welcome Reception bar.
RESERVE A WINE TABLE
Keep the traditional Cork Pull experience! Wine brands can reserve a table to pour samples, showcase their wines, and interact directly with Texas package store owners, buyers, and other TPSA attendees.
Wine Table Includes: One (1) 6' draped table One (1) chilling tub for wine, ice, etc. Two (2) spit buckets Company Name Sign Four (4) complimentary exhibitor badges per table

PRICING
$1,000 per table
To secure a table in the Cork Pull, participants must pay 100% of the total fee at the time of booking.
RESERVE A SPOT AT THE BAR
Put your product behind the bar and let our bartenders do the pouring! Wine and spirits brands can reserve a designated spot at the Welcome Reception bar and provide a product to be featured during the event. Bar Spot Includes: One (1) featured product/SKU Designated brand placement at the Welcome Reception bar Professional bartenders serving your product Opportunity for your product to be served in cocktails Brand recognition as a Welcome Reception participant Brands do not need to staff their bar spot. TPSA will provide bartenders who will prepare and serve drinks featuring the participating products throughout the reception.
PRICING
$3,000 per space Companies that support TPSA through membership, sponsorship, and/or participation in the 2027 Annual Convention & Trade Show may qualify for discounted pricing. Discounted rates will be based on the company’s level of TPSA support and/or Trade Show booth size.

Wine Table: Staff your own table, pour your wines, and connect directly with attendees. Bar Spot — Wine or Spirits: Provide your featured product and TPSA’s bartenders will take it from there, serving it to attendees and incorporating it into cocktails throughout the reception.
