73rd Annual TPSA Convention & Trade Show Cancelled

73rd Annual TPSA Convention & Trade Show Cancelled

Less
Due to the continued COVID-19 impact and challenges including, but not limited to, strict social distancing measures and major travel disruptions, the Texas Package Stores Association has cancelled the 73rd Annual Convention & Trade Show.

At the direction of the TPSA Board of Directors, we have notified the convention center, host hotel, and various convention vendors of our decision to cancel the Convention & Trade Show; which was to be held August 8-10, 2020 in Fort Worth.

This will be the first time in 73 years the event has been forced to cancel.

Public health and safety remain TPSA’s top priority. With so much uncertainty and understanding from many of our members, we believe this is the only way to keep our annual attendees, vendors, speakers, and exhibitors safe and healthy. Though this decision wasn’t easy to make, we believe it is the right one.

TPSA reminds exhibitors to cancel any contractual agreements they had with Freeman, the Convention Center, or any other third-party vendor. In addition, all attendees should be sure to cancel room reservations with the Omni Fort Worth Hotel.

We will have more details in the coming days regarding this year’s show, so please be patient with us as we manage this event.

TPSA will return to Fort Worth for the 74th Annual Convention & Trade Show July 17-19, 2021.
