 Convention & Trade Show Registration

Please read below for information regarding badge types.

 

Full Registration Badge

 

This badge entitles holder to attend all events throughout the duration of the convention.

  • Package Store, TPSA Member:  $99
  • Package Store, Non-TPSA Member:  $150
  • Associate Member of TPSA:  $175
  • All Others (Wholesalers, Suppliers, etc.):  $200           

 

One Day Badge

  • Full Hospitality Badge: This badge allows holder to attend ALL Sunday functions from 12pm – midnight. 

          TPSA Member: $50
          All Others: $75

  • Trade Show Only Badge: This badge allows holder to attend Sunday tradeshow and hospitality functions between the hours of 2pm – 6pm only. 

          TPSA Member: $15
          All Others: $25


  • Worker Badge: Complimentary with exhibit space rental.  This badge allows holder into the exhibit area from 12pm through 6pm to work at your exhibit booth or tasting table, and will be labeled as such to indicate that employee is allowed admittance into exhibit hall only. Names are not needed for worker badges.

Exhibitors: Please read below for information for registering your booth workers.

  1. For each exhibit booth you will receive one complimentary registration, which entitles the holder to attend all meals and hospitality functions of the convention for the entire duration of the convention.
  2. Please indicate if you will be needing additional full registration badges.
  3. You are also entitled to up to 3 worker badges for people assisting your company in the exhibit area.  This badge entitles the person(s) to the trade show on Sunday only.  This will allow access into the convention hall only.  This badge expires at  6:00 p.m., Sunday, July 31, 2011.  Additional worker badges can be obtained through the TPSA office.
  4. Worker badges may be upgraded to Sunday hospitality badges at the cost of $50.00 each.  This allows your workers access to all Sunday functions from 12pm until midnight.  

Please pick up all packets at the TPSA convention registration office on Saturday, July 30, 2011 or Sunday July 31, 2011 by 11:00 a.m.  Note that all workers must be wearing their badges by show time (Noon) or security will not allow them to enter the trade show area.
