Becoming an Advertiser
2008 Convention & Trade Show Program
TPSA publishes a program which is given to every person who attends the convention and is mailed to every package store owner in the State of Texas, owners representing over 1,800 package store locations throughout the state. Advertising in the TPSA program not only offers you an opportunity to deliver your message to every package store owner in the State of Texas on a remarkably cost efficient basis, but it also signals package store owners that you support them and their association. Please complete the Advertising Agreement and fax or mail to us.
*New this year* TPSA is now offering payment by Credit Card. If you wish to pay by credit card, please download the Credit Card Information Form and mail or fax back to the TPSA office at 512-474-0717, along with your Advertising Agreement.

Black/White: Full-page Ad …….…$500.00
Black/White Half Page Ad……......$350.00
Color: Full-page Ad………............$700.00
Below are the ad requirements for the TPSA program:
DIGITAL FILE SPECIFICATION SHEET
Files can be accepted in the following applications, MAC or PC:
1.) Quark Express any version
2.) PageMaker any version
3.) Photo Shop any version
4.) Illustrator 7.0 and 8.0
5.) Freehand 8.0
6.) Print Optimized PDF with all images CMYK or K only 300 dpi and all fonts embedded
FILE PREPARATION REQUIREMENTS
We prefer receiving application files with all links and fonts:
1.) Include all fonts used in the document, both screen and printer fonts. True type fonts are also acceptable.
2.) Send a set of laser hard copy at 100% (if possible) to serve as a visual when we open your document. If submitting application files electronically, please submit a screen optimized PDF for quality control purposes.
3.) If graphics or images were used in your document, send the high resolution links. Do not embed images.
4.) If it is a full page ad that bleeds, allow for a 1/8" bleed on each side.
5.) No trapping is necessary.
6.) If sending PDF, make sure settings are correct for high resolution output. We can not edit PDF files.
TRANSPORT MEDIUMS
Digital files can be accepted on any of the following transport mediums:
1.) 100 or 250 MB Zip disk
2.) 1 or 2 Gigabyte JAZ disk
3.) CD
4.) Files may be stuffed or zipped and sent via or uploaded to ftp.
ADVERTISING COPY AND ALL INSTRUCTIONS MYST BE RECEIVED IN THE TPSA OFFICE NO LATER THAN August 1, 2008
