Reserve Your Booth
Below you will find the instructions to reserve your booth(s) for the 2008 TPSA Convention & Trade Show.
Check availability by contacting TPSA at (512) 472-3232 or viewing the Convention Layout. Keep in mind that space goes quickly. We will try to update the layout as often as possible. Complete the application and fax them to the TPSA office at (512) 474-0717 with your booth request. The TPSA office will confirm if that booth is available.
After confirming the availability of your exhibit booth, complete the Application for Space and mail it with your deposit to:

OR fax your Application for Space to us at (512) 474-0717, then mail the check separately to us at the address above. This will assure that your booth is reserved prior to us receiving your request via the mail.
Check this out! TPSA now has the availability for you to pay by credit card. Please download the Credit Card Information Form, complete all spaces and mail or fax the form to the TPSA office.
One other option for a speedier application process, is to scan your Application and email to information@texaspackage.com and mail your check along with the original application separately. You may also scan your Credit Card Information Form and send it along with your application for payment.
A deposit is required to reserve your booth. The deposit is 25% of the booth total.
Booths must be paid in full by July 1, 2008.
Cancellations received after July 1, 2008 forfeit the full amount of the exhibit space.
